Carriers and Delivery Times

We ship via UPS and USPS depending on package size and destination. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • West Coast (CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA): 1-3 business days
  • Midwest and South: 3-5 business days
  • East Coast: 4-6 business days

These are estimates only. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we'll do our best to get your club moving fast.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your club arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. Do not discard the box -- it may be needed for a carrier claim. We will make it right.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation promptly.

Trade-In Shipping

When you sell or trade in clubs to Golf Depot, here is how shipping works:

  • Free prepaid label: Trades valued at $50 or more -- we cover the full shipping cost
  • Golf Depot label ($15 deducted): Trades under $50 -- we provide a label and deduct $15 from your offer
  • Your own carrier: Use any carrier you prefer at your own cost
  • Local San Diego drop-off: Bring clubs to our warehouse directly, contact us to arrange

Note: Free return shipping only applies when we accept your trade-in at the quoted price. If a revised offer is issued and declined, return shipping costs fall on the seller.
