Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Golf Depot website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the site.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent the condition, specifications, and photos of each club we sell. All items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Condition grades are applied using our 5-tier system (New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Value) and are described in detail on our Condition Guide page.

Minor cosmetic wear that is consistent with the stated grade and visible in listing photos is not considered a misrepresentation. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in descriptions or pricing without liability.

Purchases and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be refunded in full.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Golf Depot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is described in full in our Sales Policy. In summary: all sales are final except where an item is materially different from its description, the wrong item was shipped, or the item was damaged in shipping. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we approve a refund depends on your bank or payment provider.

Trade-In Program

By submitting a trade-in request, you represent that you are the legal owner of the club(s) being offered and that the descriptions you provide are accurate. Golf Depot reserves the right to adjust offers if the actual condition differs from what was described. If an adjusted offer is not acceptable, you may decline and have the club returned, but you are responsible for both the original inbound shipping and the return shipping cost. Trade-in offers are valid for 7 days from when they are issued.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or fraudulent orders or trade-in requests
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or data
• Scrape or copy our content, listings, or pricing data without permission
• Engage in chargebacks for orders received as described

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and design, is owned by Golf Depot or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Golf Depot's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Pre-owned golf equipment is sold "as described." We do not offer manufacturer warranties and we do not warranty the ongoing performance of any club. Our sole representation is that the condition matches the grade and description at the time of sale.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
