Overview

Golf Depot ("we," "us," or "our") operates out of San Diego, California and sells pre-owned golf equipment through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms in this policy. Our goal is to make every transaction simple, transparent, and fair.

All Sales Are Final, With Exceptions

All sales are considered final. Because our inventory consists of pre-owned, individually graded clubs, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, a change of mind, or if the club does not suit your game.

We do accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • The club you received is significantly different in condition from how it was described or depicted in the listing photos.
  • The wrong club was shipped to you.
  • The club arrived with damage that was not present in the listing and was caused during shipping.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Contact us at info@golfdepotus.com to begin the process.

Condition Grading

Every club is graded by our team using our 5-tier condition scale: New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Value. Listings include actual photos of the specific club being sold, not stock images. We describe visible wear honestly. We encourage buyers to contact us before purchasing if they have questions about a club's condition, we are happy to send additional photos.

Minor cosmetic variations that are consistent with the stated grade and visible in the listing photos do not constitute grounds for a return.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and include the cost of the club only. Shipping is free on all orders. Prices are subject to change at any time but will not change for orders already placed.

Golf Depot does not price-match on purchases. Price matching applies to trade-in offers only (see our Trade-In Policy).

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through our Shopify checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of checkout. We do not store payment card information.

Availability

Each listing represents a single, unique item. Inventory is not reserved until an order is completed. If a club sells while it is in your cart, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our San Diego warehouse. We ship via UPS or USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the continental United States.

We currently ship within the United States only. Local pickup is available in San Diego by arrangement.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Do not discard the packaging, as it may be needed for the claim.

Trade-In Refunds

When a trade-in is associated with a purchase, the process is as follows: the customer purchases the club at full price, ships the trade-in club to us, and upon successful inspection and acceptance, we refund the agreed trade-in value to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 1 business day of inspection completion. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control.

If the trade-in club is in worse condition than described, we will contact you with a revised offer before taking any action. You may accept the revised offer or decline it, in which case you are responsible for both the original inbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Free shipping on trade-ins only applies when Golf Depot accepts the club at the originally quoted price.

Cancellations

Order cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at info@golfdepotus.com or (408) 800-9547. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return if eligible.

Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and without escalation. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for items received as described may result in being banned from future purchases.
