What if my clubs are in worse shape than I described?

We contact you with a revised offer before doing anything. Accept it and you're paid as normal; decline it and we send the clubs back. In that case the inbound and return shipping is on you. Nothing is adjusted without your say-so.

Who pays for shipping?

Trade-ins worth $50 or more ship free with our prepaid label. Under $50, we can provide a label for $15 deducted from your offer, or you can use your own carrier. In San Diego County we pick up from your house and pay on the spot.

How fast is "fast"?

Clubs are inspected within one business day of arriving, and payment is sent within 24 hours of passing inspection: Zelle, Venmo or PayPal, your choice, no fees.

What clubs do you buy?

Clubs from the last ten years or so in playable condition, from every major brand: TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, Ping, Cobra, Mizuno, Scotty Cameron and more. Vintage, antique or heavily damaged clubs may not qualify, but submit them anyway and we'll tell you.

Do upgraded shafts change the offer?

Yes. The instant valuator assumes stock shafts, so mention aftermarket shafts in the form (a photo of the shaft helps). They're priced separately and often raise the offer meaningfully.
