What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no inventory to buy. The value guide, the branding kit and the staff walkthrough are all supplied by us.

Who handles shipping and the clubs themselves?

We do. Every club that comes through your counter goes out on a prepaid label we provide, and we take care of intake, inspection and processing. Your shop never stores, lists or resells anything.

How do we make money on a cash trade?

You pay the seller 90% of the guide value and Golf Depot reimburses your shop the full 100%, a 10% spread on every cash trade. When a seller takes store credit instead, you issue 100% in credit, we still pay you 100%, and that credit is spent in your shop on top of your normal retail margin.

Which clubs can we take in?

Anything in the value guide: drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, iron sets, wedges, putters and shafts from the major brands. If a club is in the guide and comes in, we pay you for it.

How long does setup take?

Once you're approved we ship the branding kit and load you into the guide. The staff walkthrough takes under an hour, and most teams are quoting confidently the same day.
